Can you IP ban this user?

Can you ban that Cat_lupe person? I think I know who it is, and that who is someone who's been harassing WCRP for the past month. I am so tired of this, and I just want him banned. Please. Do you find this valuable?

1. You need to be a moderator admin on a wiki to request an IP Ban.
