Still no E-mails

Does anyone know what's up with emails? Is there a bug? Are they on vacation? New Post alerts are going to site boxes, but no email alerts to personal emails. I have sent two alerts out to my members (myself inculded to keep track) and no "..Sent you a message" alerts have come thru for 5 days now. Besides emails not functioning properly, I've also noticed the Wetpaint Message System hasn't been working effectively. Messages are stalling again, like they did back when there was problems with the databases were not working. I don't think the databases are broken again, but I do believe there's an issue with the databases and sending messages. The messages are being sent, just delayed. I'll discuss my discovery with Jeremy tomorrow.

It is Sunday. What happened last Monday during your Discussion with Jeremy? I haven't recieved any alerts from the website I joined and I know that several things have been posted and alerts sent out. It makes the site owner look really bad when you guys can't keep the external emails working. It looks like the site owner isn't holding up to their promise of alert their members of new things on the site.MKRichards 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

We and Wetpaint have no idea when these bugs are going to be fixed, and email notifications reenabled. Please be patient.
