Manage email notifications not working

When I click Manage Email Notifications in my messages page nothing happens. I haven't been receiving notifications of any new emails for some time, although when I first joined I did, and I want to change the settings back to what they were. Thanks. Do you find this valuable?

There appears to be some bugs with the emails at the moment. I've been experiencing them occasionally. Do you find this valuable?
