Help with a... weird error?
Dec 5 2010, 6:49 PM EST | Post edited: Dec 5 2010, 6:49 PM EST
Today I went on one of the Wetpaint sites that I was on. I signed in, and noticed that my inbox was clogged. So I clicked on the inbox tab, and I got this message:
"You must only be Pumpkinspice to view these messages." in bold letters. I was still signed in, so I thought, "Maybe it's my cookies or something." So I went to my browser, and cleared everything out. So then I went back to my site and signed out, then back in, and clicked on my inbox again. It still said the same thing! I checked my browser yet again, but it was cleared.

I would say it's a bug, but the administrators at that site said the bug went out a while ago. So I can't even read my messages! >.<
If you know what the problem is, or how I could fix it, please reply to this.

Unless you are going directly to pumpkinspice messages directly such as :(http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/account/CryingDove/mailbox/in) then you are:
1. Signed in. Or else you would not see message count on the screen
2. Cookies are enabled because you can sign in.

I sent you a message here on WPC. Can you read it?
If not, I would send jeremy_wetpaint a message (if you can). And he may be able to fix your problem. Make sure to include the wiki name where you are having this problem.

Yes, I saw it. It's working a little bit on the site I'm on now, but sometimes it says the error... I think I just need to try a new browser, like Naru2008 said. That, or it might just be my computer. Do you find this valuable?

I doubt it's your computer. What browser ARE you using, out of curiosity?
