I'm a member of the Rizzoli & Isles Wiki http://rizzoliandisles.wetpaint.com/

The problem is that the creator hasn't been active on there since July, I've been updating the pages and adding new content but I'm just a normal member. Is there any way for me to get 'promoted' so I can change things? It's really annoying because I think it could be a great site!
Do you find this valuable?

Normally, the only people who could promote you would be the moderators, administrators or the creator of your site.
However, I just checked it, and indeed it has no administrators or moderators at all because the creator Lady_Lampshade hasn't promoted anyone to that status.
So, if you have PM'd this creator person with your request and you really can't reach her at all, I would suggest sending a private message to the administrator here on Wetpaint Central called Jeremy_wetpaint and he may make you a moderator on your site.
His profile page is here:

Just don't be too impatient for an answer from him because he's a busy guy and he has been somewhat overwhelmed with work lately.
