You can use your username on as many Wetpaint sites as you like.

"You can use your username on as many Wetpaint sites as you like."Yes, but I still want to cancel my membership of a particular site. Is there any way to do this? Thanks. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

There is no way to delete your own site at this time. If you have an inactive or empty site you can request that your site be deleted by sending an email to info@wetpaint.com. Be sure to include your site URL and the reason you need the site deleted.

If you registered on a site you no longer want to be affiliated to you can just unsubscribe from the email that comes from that site. You'll see an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

No unsubscribe links on the site itself either. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

You can be a registered user on as many sites as you want with one account. There's not really any reason to cancel your membership to a site unless you want to stop getting email about it. If that's the case, just wait till you get an email regarding that site and unsubscribe then.

I clicked the unsubscribe link and then got a message saying 'you have been unsubscribed.' Then I signed out, and then signed in again. I was still listed as a member of the site in question. Personally I still think the facility to alter subscription options (i.e. unsubscribe) directly online would be helpful to both subscribers and site owners, though It's not pressing in my case. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Even though it's possible to unsubscribe from a list, I would really like to unsubscribe from a particular site which I originally signed up for just to test. This gives the site owner a wrong idea of who's interested in the site, and also means that I don't have a list of the sites with which I want to be involved (I'd like to keep the same user name. Otherwise I'd just sign up for a separate account.) Thanks.

Joining or removing yourself from a site will be much easier. I will be posting information on how this will work here on Wetpaint Central shortly. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
