Okay, I see a lot of pages that have text on it, but the font isn't any of the premade fonts on Wetpaint! (Like Arial, Garamond, Times new Romans, and such)

I want to know, how do I place that cool font on my pages? Like, Papyrus and Lucida. That kind of stuff.

Go on Microsoft Word, type your text in the font you wish. Then, highlight the text, and DRAG it onto your page (In EasyEdit). This is the only way I know of putting it on without reformatting, It doesn't work 100% of the time.

NOTE - If a user doesn't have the font you have put on your webpage, they will see a similar Web Safe font.

There is a more effective way that will work about 100% of the time, without reformatting. You are going to need to use a programming language called HTML. First off, open a blank page in "Notepad". Then, type this code in:

<p>
<font face="insert font name here">Insert text here</p>

Then, you need to save the document. When saving, you need to name the file whatever you want. However, you need to attach .html at the end of the file name. Also, the file type should be set to "All Files" instead of "Text Documents". Then, once you find the file, right click on it. A pop-up menu will come up and go to "Open With". Then, you need to open the document with a browser. Then, once the file is opened on your browser, copy and paste the content to the page. Use this only if you know a little bit about computers in general.

I'm good with HTML. But I didn't even think of that. Would an example work?
Hello World!

Your test failed because you do not understand HTML syntax. You have not defined the font face. Copying the text in reply #4 will not do anything except what you have seen in your post.

Sandfang, please read CryingDove's post about that. You can not do font changes in threads. Why? Cause Wetpaint doesn't support it.

Also, please don't bring up dead threads:
