Can I ask what the status is on the issues involving the fake / spam accounts?

What precautions are being used to stop these bots from joining Wetpaint websites? Do you find this valuable?

Yes... I would like to know that too... !
It's becoming a pain in the @...
Today only I had to ban 13 fake / spam accounts... (and it's still early...)
and numerous other ones in the past months.
