If you want to have music on your Wiki, you have to get an embeddable music player that has an 'Autoplay' option. You then put it on your page. Grooveshark is good for music players.

The problem with Playlist is you can only get it in America. Other countries (Like mine - UK) can't use it.

It depends what you're using. I don't think Grooveshark has Autoplay. Maybe one of the others do though. Try Googling it (Or Binging it if you like Bing).
