Spammer on a website, keeps coming back

There is a spammer/flamer on a website I'm on. The members have tried to delete the account, and have repeatedly deleted the messages, but this has been going on for 6 months, and the person keeps coming back with a new account. This happens weekly, if not daily.

Is it possible to ban the person by IP? How can we stop this person once and for all?

If they keep spamming the site, report it to Jeremy and ask for an IP Ban. You can contact Jeremy here:
