Ad Removal

I have paid to have the ads removed from my site, payment went through but the ads are still on my site. How long does it take before the ads are removed?9/17 Can anyone answer my post please. If this service has been opted out, then I need a refund. If there is some sort of technical delay I would love to know. I would love to know anything about this problem. I do not appear to be the only one this happened to. Thank you 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I paid on Friday September 10 to have my banner ads removed. Have not had any success yet with Paypal or wetpaint. The payment also went through but I received a merchant error.
Do you find this valuable?
