I want to report a user....

All you really can do is ban them, and if the creator cannot do it, you will have to get a moderator or administrator to do it.

They dont have a moderator, if the creator is inactive and dont reply on PMs you should ask http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/account/jeremy_wetpaint to promote one of you to moderator.

This "Best_dating" "member" seems to be a somewhat recurrent bot or something because I've already found "it" on two of my sites where I'm a mod. I only banned the thing on one of them because only there did "it" fill out the profile page just like it's being reported here.I might ban it on the other site too, though. On this one, the name is "best_dating_eavzugu" and it hasn't added anything on the profile page... Weird... P.S.: I have a question: Wasn't the captchas mechanism supposed to prevent that (apparent) bots like this created accounts on Wetpaint? Could the system have failed here? I find it hard to believe that it may be a physical person creating similar profiles like this on multiple wikis. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I had a member join with a WHOLE list of users' links that do this. I reported the list to Jeremy and he should be Global banning them.
