Why can't i edit home Page?

I can edit the top part of my home page but i can't edit the middle or bottom, ( i am the site creator) it's not locked yet i can't type on it, and the widgets don't want to move or be deleted, what should i do? Do you find this valuable?

This sometimes happens when you copy and paste a ton of images. (Or at least that is when it happens to me) What you will have to do is revert to a previous page version.
