I have read in different threads over the weekend that "Wetpaint doesn't work on weekends...they only have 40 employees..." Well, there is still a way that they can provide service to their over 2 million sites 7 days a week...and they don't have to hire anymore people. Have 37 of those people work Monday to Friday and the other 3 work from Wednesday to Sunday. These weekend positions could be rotated through their staff so that each staff member would only have to work one weekend every three months or so. Not exactly rocket science. Working weekends is common in the regular world. Do you find this valuable?
