Wetpaint Glitch Solution. {{ Firefox Users. }}

{{ This is not working for some people. }}Well an Ad is causing this glitch, and there is an add on for Firefox that blocks ads. IF it is really an ad that is causing this issue, I believe AdBlock should work. Unfortunately, it is only for Firefox users, so if you do not use Firefox, sorry. :c {{ I'm using AdBlock, and I'm not having any issues with Wetpaint. }} Anyways, here is the link to AdBlock add on for Firefox. I do not take any credit for it, and I did not make it. Let's see if this solution works. c; Link To Adblock Addon Also, Adblock will keep the Ads and stuff away. So even after Wetpaint is fixed, you won't have to worry about Ads or popups. And no, I am not advertising. I am simply trying to help. Do you find this valuable? |

I use ad-block for both Chrome and Firefox and I still experience problems.Some sites just don't seem to be as affected, while others are affected in the extreme. Do you find this valuable? |

Same here Phillip. I doubt it's an ad to be honest, but, it COULD be possible.

In AdBlockPlus > goto Settings/Preferences... > Filters > Add Filter subscription > and choose Easy List and Fanboy's List from the list of filters shown...After adding the filter subscriptions... refresh your page... and you should be able to work again as normal... Do you find this valuable? |

I tested it out...disabled AdBlockPlus on a Wetpaint page... > refreshed > and I couldn't do anything anymore! no accessable / clickable links anymore... (the problem we are talking about) Then I enabled AdBlockPlus again (I do have the subscriptions to Easy List and Fanboy's List) > refreshed the page > and... voilà.... everything works again! It's definitely the bad ads that are doing this! Wetpaint neeeeeeeds to quality check these ads! Anyway... Wetpaint now loses income... as very little hits on these ads will be done... when hardly anyone can use Wetpaint at the moment ! But hey... it's weekend... and in weekends Wetpaint staff is unavailable... (lol) Do you find this valuable? |

Yes they can...But as they prefer not to work in the weekends... over a million of Wetpaint sites... and perhaps billions of users... just have to wait.... * Do you find this valuable? |
