Changing to the Fixed Centered Format

Hello, i was wondering if you could fix my site to the centered format...i only have one if you would please.

Send a message to Jeremy about getting your site centered formatted. However with the recent technical difficulties don't expect a reply right away. Do you find this valuable?

Is this the thing that will set your site so you can't have a scroll bar at the bottom?
If so, I thought Wetpaint said (Last year....) that they were going to update all the sites like this... Do you find this valuable?

Ok, and yeah my site id having problems, none of my Writers or up can edit the pages, but if you refresh the page and click easy edit button before its done you can....but i will message him! Do you find this valuable?
