For your own site I would advise you to put a feedback page on because you can find out where you can improve and whats already good and when you know that you can keep going better and better until you have the perfect site it's also good to have a help page on your site like this site. People might not be able to acsess your site because the link may be broken so you need to advise them( mabye through other sites) what to do Do you find this valuable?
