Problem

I recently tryed getting into my wetpaint account, but it wouldn't except my password, even though I know it is the right one. Whenever I try to reset the password it just comes up with an error message. Is there anything I can do?

Also try restarting your browser after clearing your browser cookies and cache. I've looked at past threads and that usually solves everyones problem. Do you find this valuable? |

Maybe someone was hacking your account .. :pBut, make sure it's not on caps or num lock or anything. And maybe you could be typing the username wrong. When you reset your password maybe you should copy and paste the new one, and make sure you don't have any other tabs up, I guess. But if it still does that I'm not sure why .. Perhaps someone else will be able to come up with a solution to your problem. If you wanted to you could download Firefox or Internet Explorer (depending on which you don't have) and try again. The thing is, any other account I can log into and change the password. It is only my main account that I can't.

Before I've put typed the password wrong when I changed it and when I thought I had the right password. Maybe that's it?
