Add a new page??

What am I missing?? The directions say to add a new page "click on the add a new page link below the navigation pane on the left. " I don't see anything that says "add a new page"?

Does anybody know about this? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

The site may not allow unregistered users to add a page or may require, writer permissions to add a page. If either of these two cases are true, you will not see the Add A New Page link. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
