Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. Wetpaint uses Adobe Flash Player to handle image transfers and display. Here is the address to download Adobe Flash Playerhttp://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Do you find this valuable? |

Thank you very much for the tip... However, I was not able to download Adobe Flash Player :-( despite my following the instructions with no problems!

If so, on the download page there is a link to change Operating Systems and Browsers. Make sure you are downloading the appropriate Flash Player for the operating system you are running. Again thanks... No, I always use Windows and that is the reason why I do not understand the difficulty... Apparently, I am doing something wrong! By the virtue of my age & stage, I cannot tell that I am an Internet wizard but this, I should proceed with no problem :-(

Although this sounds like a problem with your computer, your you are getting confused, which you shouldn't worry about, we should be able to assist you. There are only a few options that may be the problem, CyringDove's is most probable, but the issue could also be with your browser, what browser and version are you using? Downloading FlashPlayer should be very simple, make sure that you are not trying to multitask during the download process, for sometimes this may cause the download to fail. When I update my FlashPlayer, I always leave my computer alone for awhile until the download is complete. Andrew Do you find this valuable? |

Most appreciative of your assistance... Well, I will try again taking your and the other fellow wet paint central participant's advice in consideration. Perhaps, this time my PC will be in a better mood :-)
