Hey, you need to change something on this page near the top. 'The Wetpaint interface does not currently provide a delete site OR ACCOUNT OPTION'. You can remove the account bit now, can't you? Do you find this valuable?

The information on the page is still accurate. While Wetpaint does provide the option to cancel your membership, you do not have the ability to permanently remove your account from a wiki. Do you find this valuable?

I wish you could do that too..others have asked about it.. if a moderator could completely cancell out a cancelled or banned membership completely that would be great. Also, it would be very handy if another option for moderators and up could have, is a time-out option with the other choices of bann, promote and register user...sometimes its better than banning someone ...a cooling off period would be good in a lot of circumstances...adding a day count..it could say..cool off..5 days.
And adding the option to the threads for mods and up..instead of deleting a thread posting, just to beable to edit the offending post by deleting the words or a sentence..that would be terrific.

Thank you for your suggestions, we certainly appreciate them. I agree that a "time-out" option is a nice idea too.

Thanks, sometimes a couple of members just get a bit angsty with each other and banning seems too harsh. People are human, there are different cultures, and different ways of looking at things ,and sometimes just a forced break from each other or the wiki does wonders. It would have to be done on a "trust" basis without being able to stop them somehow.
