Hi maxgab,
Wetpaint only has 6 fonts (Arial, Courier, Garamond, Helvetica, Impact and Times) and none of them is a flowery font. Wetpaint wiki creators combat this by creating the text as an image in a image editor (Photoshop, Paint.NET, Gimp, Paintshop Pro) then upload it to their wiki. I recommend you only do this to headings only, or text that won't need editing.

There is a trick that enables you to type text in fonts different from the six that Wetpaint provides. If you copy a portion of text in a certain font from another HTML document and then paste it onto your page while you are in EasyEdit mode, you will be able to modify that chunk of text to say whatever you like.

Keep in mind that not browsers are able to display certain fonts. If you have an exotic font that you'd like to use in a header, it's best to use the solution presented by Dayulk in the post above mine.
