You have to be a writer or up to add photos, because of the type of site 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Some sites will require you to become a writer in order to add pictures to the gallery. We for example here at Wetpaint Central only want relevant photos in the gallery and as a result you must be made a writer in order to add photos to the gallery. Do you find this valuable?
