How do I have a mod on my site that can add a topic?

I want to be able to have 1 more person who can add a article, picture, or video if I forget to.How is this done? Do you find this valuable?

To make someone a Moderator, go to their profile and click Change Permissions. Then, click Moderator and Change Permissions. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
