No support for Chrome Browser (EasyEdit Toolbar)

The new Chrome Browser from Google is becoming very popular and you need support for it on Wetpaint. Right now if you use chrome and go into the easyedit toolbar you get a lack of all the tools and a message saying, "Some features are not supported by the Safari web browser." 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Chrome and Safari are based on the WebKit browser, which is incompatible with WYSIWYG editing. It is not possible to attain support for Chrome and Safari unless Apple and Google modify WebKit to incorporate support for WYSIWYG editing.

I thought Chrome was compatible with WYSIWYG? Is it not an internet standard?

I personally use Firefox to edit my Wetpaint website, but I have also used Flock.

Chrome is not. Some browsers refuse to adhere to internet standards. Do you find this valuable?

If you would like to use Chrome with Wetpaint then there is an addon you can get called IE Tab.

It is very useful:

I personally was able to edit it easily freshly downloaded with no problem. Might just be my comp. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
