Not wanting a sub-page

I want to create a page, but not a sub-page. I am the creator of the site, so I can move pages and such. Anyways. I would like to know how to create a page that is not a sub-page or uncatergorized page. Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

To create a page under the highest level directory, go to your home page and then click "Add a New Page". Do you find this valuable?
