Issue with content modules

The content modules work on every site I put them on except for the Big Time Rush site I have.

They work right after I hit save, but when I come back, they have a red X in the left corner (like when an image isn't showing) and if I edit the page and save it, they disappear.

Is this a bug for this site? Is it a common bug that's been happening and I haven't noticed? Or am I doing something wrong?
