can't edit behind proxy

recently we have lost the ability to edit behind the school proxy. We get an error message when we click easy edit "We are sorry, a server error occurred. If this problem persists, please reload the page and try again" and the page is locked up.We have made no changes to the proxy settings, running IE version 7 and Firefox 3.6. On the same computer at home with no proxy, can edit fine. Last year could edit behind the proxy fine. One site is http://northglencluster.wetapint.com Do you find this valuable? |

This problem occurs every once in a while but usually stops within a few hours. You should normally be able to just click 'ok', ignore the message and continue editing. Please let us know if this problem is still occuring. I doubt this is a problem with your proxy settings, I think this happens when the wetpaint servers are overloaded.

this problem has continued, and have now been locked out of all wetpaint editing when behind our school proxy. Also, was at another for some Professional Development today, and while on their computer tried to edit the site, and the smae message came up. Have asked another teacher to try from their school.
