uploading my own video's from my dvd handy cam

Hi everyone,i am trying to find out how to add video's from my handy cam to my webpage.
can anyone help as i cant seem to find away.

First, you need to post it on a video site like YouTube, then follow the instructions here: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Video
