Neither of these two options appear when I try to "invite" The box looks the same as your example about but there's no CAPTCHA that appears or the specify what these users can do section...

Specify what the user(s) can do on the site in the "These users can:" section
Fill in the CAPTCHA so we know you are a real live human and not an evil spam computer.

Their is a bug in the CAPTCHA field.n(Said it about a thousand times now.)
It is being worked out as we speak. Please be patient. Thanks.
