verification words don't appear

When I try to invite new members to my wiki I am asked to type in the two words I see - but there are no words to type. There isn't even the little dialog that has the words and the refresh button. I just get this message "Please enter the two words you see, separated by a space. If you cannot read the words, click the "refresh" icon to the right of the input field to get new words."

It doesn't matter what I've been doing just prior to the invite. I've tried it several times. Here is the URL for my wiki:

I'm using firefox & windows 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Sorry, there is currently a bug in the CAPTCHA field, and keeps the CAPTCHA field to appear. The error is logged and had worked on Friday, Wetpaint will begin work on it again Monday, and hopes to secure the Monday or Tuesday. Please be patient while being repaired. This is a problem for every site.

It's that image you are presented when registering on a site that requires you to enter two words. Do you find this valuable?

It is to make sure that you are human and not an automated computer. Some sites only make you enter a string of random letters, other require you to enter two words, it depends on the site. Do you find this valuable?

I am having the exact same problem when I try to invite people to our site and waiting for a response from Wetpaint as I sent an earlier message.....I want to do the invites as soon as possible. Hope this is rectified soon. Soaringabove. Do you find this valuable?

It was logged and worked on on Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, Wetpaint went home and didn't work on the weekend, then they worked on it yesterday and will continue to work on it today. It may be fixed today, or tomorrow, or even at the end of the week. We will just have to wait and see if it gets fixed. Do you find this valuable?

Wetpaint isn't good at their job? Hmmm...I do believe it is the opposite of that. They are great at doing their job. No site is perfect. Every site has a bug/glitch every now and then. Do you find this valuable?

Same thing is happening to me as well. Just paid for a membership as well. Looks like I won't be renewing it if this continues Do you find this valuable?

What do you mean paid for a membership? It's completely free to create your own account and Wetpaint wiki. Do you find this valuable?

Bugs can not always be fixed like (insert snap here) that. These things take time. If your site is Public, you don't even have to use the Invites. Just send them an email w/ the site's URL and your done. Do you find this valuable?

Same problem. Private site but cannot invite members because of this bug. Please fix asap. Do you find this valuable?

Invites for Private sites were dropped last year. To let someone join your site, go to Permissions under Settings and select Public, wait until they join, then make it Private again.

Please be patient, for these bugs take time, as previously stated by me. A fix has been sent and should be working soon. (Info from Jeremy.) 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
