Invites not being received

I've seen this mentioned in the Webpaint Central widget more than once so I thought I'd start a thread as it's obviously a problem which crops up regularly.

My site is public, and yet when I try to send invites they are not received by anyone. I've tested this by sending it to lots of different types of mail accounts - Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc.

The same thing seems to have happened to at least two other people, going on their messages above. What's the trick to getting this to work?

It's the only thing which lets down this otherwise really rather good wiki/community building site. Do you find this valuable?

There is a bug in the Invite system. It is being worked on as we spaek. Please be patient. Thanks.

Update: It seems a fix has been found, and will go into effect tomorrow and may make the Invites work again. Do you find this valuable?
