Add Photo and Add Video Buttons Do Not Appear

the buttons for adding photos and video do no appear. what can we do? 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

That won't work.

All/most writer requests on this wiki are ignored since only a very select few users actually need to be writers. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
