1) How do I get the Top Contributors to be on the left under the pages.
2) How do I access the setting that will make the top contributor's picture larger than everyone else? Do you find this valuable?

You can add a page titled "top contributors" and place a top contributors content module on that page: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Content+Modules

Every top contributor's picture is the same, but you can change how many top contributors are displayed. Do you find this valuable?
