"Please let me know where the buttons to add photos are? Same with videos?"If you want to add photos or videos to a page, the options are available on the EasyEdit toolbar - http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/EasyEdit If you don't see those options on the toolbar, then you may be using an unsupported browser - http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+Support Do you find this valuable? |

that's not exactly correct. there are times when trying to add photos that are already uploaded can't be done. the boxes do not show up as clickable so no matter how many times you try to choose them it doesn't work - this is an issue with the site not browsers.

Actually, browsers control what you can and can not do, so, more than likely, it IS browsers that cause this problem. I would suggest you check your browser and make sure you have a supported one and the most recent version. I would also suggest clearing your cache and cookies. http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+SupportI also suggest you update your Flash Player. Do you find this valuable? |

oh I'm always on top of that stuff. I have IE8, it automatically updates and I have the most current version. I just cleared my cookies & cache less than 2 weeks ago and my flash player, active x controls, etc. are all up to date. As a graphic artist I have to keep all things current because I work online and my job is effected if it isn't. The problems I've been having with adding photos to pages (I'm talking about photos that are already in the gallery - not uploading new ones) has only just recently in the past week been happening. The little checkbox is absent so it will not allow me to choose a photo to add to a page. And another thing I've noticed is the text is going haywire too in Easy Edit. After typing it - it's impossible to go back and edit any mistakes. It rarely allows you to place a cursor on the words and when it does it actually is placing it 4-5 characters down. also when you type the cursor doesn't match up with where you're typing.

Well, I will talk to Jeremy and ask him to take a look and see if there is a bug in the system. Until then, have you tried Copying and Pasting for the pictures?Btw, just in-case Jeremy doesn't find one, and it IS the site, what is your site's URL? Do you find this valuable? |

no I didn't try the copy and paste - I've been using the photo icon which pops open those boxes. How would I do a copy and paste here? Directly on the page - not sure but think I tried that a long time ago and it didnt work....
