On this page it states: Pretending to be someone else to trick them. Well this is going on a lot with me. Now I've dealt with this dozens of times already. There are people running around pretending to be me all the time. When they are caught they normally knock it off, they didn't think that we would find out(My members of my site) But there is this one girl, I would literally call obsessed. She calls herself with my name, and tries to act like me, going to all other sites and giving me a bad name(Fails at being me). A lot of people have come to me saying they seen this girl and had to bann her because she was rude and what not.Lately it's gotten worse for the fact she is now making user names trying to resemble mine, or resemble a close friend of mine. Then she made about 5+ sites.. in these sites have content straight off our site. Our site is Twistedfurypackreborn.wetpaint.com . She would simply copy every thing from us, and paste it to hers. The content would literally be word for word, the only difference would be she replaced the name of her site over mine. Tricking others that she is me, the others were not even aware that the site was copied off ours. But yes. I did email the person off your copyright infringement page. But it's not helping obviously, she is only making more and more. It bothers me the most that she is stalking me, pretending to be me etc... Now she is joining our site over and over with a different user. We banned all of them, but she just comes back. I don't even know if we missed some either.... Can something be done? This is getting way out of hand..... Do you find this valuable? |
