Why can't Registerd Users create Albums? Do you find this valuable?

The above posts made by naruto87 and Baby_Apple are correct for Wetpaint Central. Some sites don't have Writer permissions, and on those sites, you can create an Album as a Registered User.

BA: Um...it's Writers and up...not Moderators and up. Do you find this valuable?
