What is wrong with the Fringe site?

How come of all the websites I have trouble with it has to be the Fringe one? it keeps giving me the same error message for the past 5 days! I use Internet explorer 8.0 and windows xp. I never had this issue until now. I get this message Oops! We're sorry you found an error with our site. We're working hard on improvements! Please return to the home page or send us an email describing the problem you found. If you continue to have problems, please try clearing your cookies and restarting your browser. I keep deleting my cookies and history 5 times already and it still doesn't work! What is going on! Do you find this valuable? |

It looks like your IP address was banned for that site. This means you either did something that the moderators didn't like or your share an IP address with someone else that has been behaving badly there.

Is it possible to be unbanned? I am sorry for all the things I have said and I have calmed down since then. Please, I promise I will be better. Thanks.
