Make threads and/or page contributions disappear

I talked about this in a previous thread, but I seem not to have explained myself well enough.

If you have a user who posts an inappropriate/irrelevant thread, and they or someone else replies to it, you can make it disappear from the Site Activity list by going through the offending thread and deleting all replies before using the Moderator Tools to delete the whole thread. This will even remove the entry from the users profile page.

The same is also true of page contributions. If you delete a page version with bad material on it, it will make it vanish from the page contributions list.

As you can see in the above images, if you delete a thread without deleting the replies, it still appears on the Site Activity list, but when you click on the link it shows it was deleted. But if the name of the thread itself was bad, then you will still be able to see it.
