How do you get those tabs like above? (The things for Help, Disscussions, Photos, Videos, Updates and Members) Do you find this valuable?

That is custom navigation. It is not available to regular administrators. You would need to message jeremy_wetpaint on Wetpaint Central (This Site) in order to get it. Do you find this valuable?
