This is drving me CRAZY!

Everytime I make 1 by 1 table, and try to center, it just makes another table! Do you find this valuable?

If this happens, hit enter so you are on the second line of the table. Then, hit center. Then, go back to the first row and select center. That should stop the table from creating another one. Do you find this valuable?
