i cant make another Administrator.

i cant make another Administrator becouse the change permissions wont show up 3  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

What rank our you on the site? You can only promote administrators if you are an administrator or the creator of the site. You cannot promote members to administrator if you are a moderator.
