If you do not know the virus you have, you must have an anti-virus program to detect it. It is important the anti-virus program be up-to-date as far as the virus signatures are concerned.If you do know the virus name and it is not being removed from your system, do a google search on "How to remove "the virusname". The results will show you the different sites that will help. Always look for the ones that say free removal. Some sites will scan your system and want you to pay to have the virus removed.
