"does the weekly digest cost money?"No it does not. You can subscribe to receive the digest via email for each of the wikis you are a member. If you use a Yahoo email though, most emails will go into your Bulk Mail (Spam) folder or just not show up at all.

One more thing, If you are using Rocketmail, not one thing from Wetpaint will be received. It won't even go to the Spam box.
