I was wondering, how did you get the site to show up in a smaller area? The same is on Bumblepool and I was wondering how you did that. Do you find this valuable?

Wetpaint Central and Bumblepool use tables or layout zones on their homepages, so they can seperate certain contain into different columns. To add a layout zone, go to your homepage, and hit the button on the Easy Edit Bar called "Layout Zone". Then, select two-layout zone. That will give you two sections of the Editing Space.

You can also add a table with no borders and a few columns to store information in. To do so, go to the Easy Edit Bar and select the button "Table". Type in 3 columns and 1 row. This will allow you to place content like the Bumblepool homepage.

This was done by Wetpaint staff. Eventually, all sites will have a fixed width.

Okay, thanks both of you! So eventually all wetpaint sites will be this width and not full screen? Do you find this valuable?

Yes, but, we are not sure when it will happen.

Quoted from Wetpaint

"The release to switch over to the fixed centered format was postponed indefinitely."

I imagine Wetpaint will continue work on the new format once they are finished with their stealth mode project. Do you find this valuable?

Information about the Stealth Mode Project and also the moving of the fixed width pages to uncategorized pages would be great for the Monthly Newsletter to keep the community abreast. Oh, never mind the newsletters stopped in November of 2009.
1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
