How can I lock out others so they may not use edit?

I want to stop others from changing site. Can I block all but adminstrator(myself)? Do you find this valuable?

No. If there are Mods or up they can edit any page. If you want to be the only one to edit, I suggest you lock every page, then demote other Admins and the Mods to Writer status. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
