Is there a maximum size for attachment file?

Is there a maximum size for any attachment to be uploaded? I am having difficulty uploading file more than 2 MB. Do you find this valuable?

Attachments cannot exceed 2MB, and there is a limit of 40 attachments per site which means you have a maximum of 80MB per site.
