Virus loaded automatically onto friend's computer crashing it

When my friend went to my wetpaint website, malware was installed which took over his computer and asked for money to remove the bug. Tech support in his office is now in the process of reloading his computer. If I can get the specific bug name, I'll report it here. This happened about 90 minutes ago. Do you find this valuable?
