Cannot access settings

I created this site, but haven't visited it for several months and now I am unable to access and change settings. On each page, there is a button that says "Apply to be a writer" and if I click on it, it sends an email to my email, but still I do not have the ability to make myself a writer. Please advise on how I can regain control of my site so that I may make updates, etc. Do you find this valuable?
