Can anyone help with a problem our site is having with members adding videos, I have asked in the past and still unable to resolve this problem, Moderators can add videos to profiles but our members receive error messages when they try adding to their profile pages....

The reason why your members cannot add videos on their profiles is due to the permission level set on your site. Your site's permission is set to "apply to be a writer". On your site there are no writers with the exception of moderators and up. Thus no one except your moderators and up can add videos. The registered users can add videos to their profile from selecting videos from the video gallery only.
You may test this by promoting one of the registered users to a writer and they will be able to add a video to their profile. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
